Take in the breathtaking scenery
Whether you prefer lakes, mountains or plateaus, you’ll find all three a short distance from your Cevennes luxury campsite. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Cévennes National Park invites you to wander its trails and stop for lunch at the traditional French villages. You should also take time to visit the Aven Armand limestone caves, home to the tallest stalagmite in the world, which reaches 30 metres.
This is the ultimate luxury family camping holiday where you can wander in the countryside during the day and sleep in the comfort of a cosy bed in your mobile home at night. What better way is there to spend quality time together as a family? Our Cévennes campsite is one of our many campsites with direct access to a lake, so you can spend the day on the water without getting in the car.
Haut-Languedoc and Aubrac
A visit to this part of the South of France should also include a trip to Haut-Languedoc National Park, where you’ll find wildlife, gorges and rock pools to swim in. There are lots of trails to follow, either on foot or by bike, which are suitable for all levels of walkers. Whether you're a serious hiker or just want a gentle stroll, the Haut-Languedoc National Park should be on your excursion list.
Head east from your Cevennes campsite for a day out at the Aubrac National Park, where the low mountains and miles of pastureland stretch before you. You’ll see the Aubrac cows grazing and if you’re lucky you may spot a stag or deer. Stop off at one of the Aubrac villages for lunch for a chance to chat with the locals and learn more about your holiday location.
