The restaurant, which is open daily, takes visitors on a culinary journey through the south-west of France, serving traditional dishes, all made using fresh produce. Check out the Basque specialities on our lunch and dinner menus, to eat in or take out. On the menu you’ll find: grilled squid, Bayonne ham and fresh fish.

Need to recharge your batteries after a day of surfing? Le Ruisseau’s snack bar staff will be happy to welcome you throughout the day for a restorative drink or bite to eat. Snack bar specialities include: gourmet salads, a board of Basque cheese and charcuterie, burgers etc.
