L’Embuscade serves traditional cuisine with delicious daily or à la carte dishes made with Raço Di Biou bull meat. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, enjoy a Camargue burger or bull ribs, a fillet of sea bream with Camargue rice, hot-stone cooking and a charcuterie and cheese platter.

The bar at L’Embuscade, beside the pool complex and adjoining the restaurant, is the perfect place to meet up. Between dips in the pool or in the Mediterranean Sea, treat yourself to a refreshing break at any time of the day!
Relax with fresh fruit juice, a cocktail or an ice cream sundae!
You can also try our breakfast menus and enjoy your coffee with pastries and orange juice by the pool.
L’Embuscade’s snack bar – a takeaway service with delivery to mobile homes
You’ll find the snack bar in the same area as the restaurant and the bar! This iconic site has a selection of takeaway meals on offer.
Enjoy classic sandwiches, fries, burgers, pizzas and much more.
Take your wood-fired ham and mushroom, Camargue or 4-cheese pizza with you to enjoy on the beach or on the terrace of your mobile home!
In the evening, get food delivered to your pitch or mobile home until 8:30 p.m.
