The new and modern Baia New Project, has an area of about 34 sq.m. and can hold up to 4 adults and 1 child. The interior furnishings are modern and comfortable: a kitchen complete with table, chairs, a very comfortable sofa, 4-burner gas cooker, sink, pots and pans, column fridge with freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a raised bed. The accommodation has 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Outside there is a large wooden terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

Fresh, young and cosy, the new LODGE is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. A new concept which consists of 2 living modules: 1 sleeping areas and 1 kitchen area. The interior furnishings are modern and comfortable: a kitchen complete with table, chairs, a 4-burner hob, sink, pots, pans and crockery, and a column refrigerator complete with freezer. The large French window overlooking the spacious wooden veranda gives brightness to the large living room.
The first module consists of a double bedroom, a bunk bed and a bathroom, the kitchen is in the second module.
