The La Grillérade restaurant at Camping Sunêlia Interlude

Located 50m from Gros-Jonc beach, in Bois-Plage-en-Ré, our 5-star campsite welcomes customers mostly from France and Europe.

Our La Grillérade restaurant-bar offers local cuisine, prepared with local products, on the edge of Gros Jonc beach. We are open from breakfast to dinner, with continuous drink service.

La Grillérade is also a large cozy terrace, lounge style by the sea.

Job description, head waiter at the Grillérade restaurant

You will join a professional and dynamic catering team.

If you are interested in a season by the sea in a natural and high-end setting, here are the missions that await you.

• In this position, you will ensure a friendly relationship with our customers through:

A warm and personalized welcome in our image, an ear to listen to customer needs, agility to take orders... In short, everything needed to ensure quality service for our customers.

• You know how to carry out numerous tasks within a given time, you know how to demonstrate a sense of organization and manage pressure

Advise according to the menu and the customer's wishes, take orders at the PAD, manage the room attendants by indicating to them the priorities to be treated (table to serve, bread or drink to bring, etc.): you will juggle every day like a pro with these missions.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards for their implementation, no problem, you have mastered it!
• You are a real pillar in the team and your colleagues can always count on you!

Prerequisites and position information

You are ready to work weekends and public holidays (this is ok when you are on the Ile de Ré and a stone's throw from the beach...)

You speak several languages: French obviously and English is even better!

Experience: minimum one season as head waiter/waiter

Working hours: full time, 39h/week contract

Salary: €2,058 gross/month

Period: July 1 to August 31
