Beauty & Spa, spa at Bois-Plage is looking for its spa manager for the 2024 season

Ideally located 30m from Gros Jonc beach, Beauté & Spa is a wellness center on the Ile de Ré. 200 m² dedicated to relaxation composed of 4 cabins, 1 double cabin, a relaxation area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi.

Our quality approach has allowed us to obtain the Spas de France label.

Description of your role at Beauté & Spa on the Ile de Ré

The spa manager manages a spa open from April to September with a team of 4 people at the height of the season. Management of schedules, evaluation of stocks and orders, analysis of results, personnel management... you will act on all fronts. You manage a team of spa practitioners so your good management of human resources is essential in this sector providing well-being to people both for employees and for our customers. You will work in a completely independent and pleasant working environment by the sea.

• Organize and supervise the work of your team
• Implement procedures and ensure their application
• Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
• Develop turnover for care and products. You represent the brand image of the spa and the campsite.
• Guarantee the quality of care and satisfaction of our customers.
• Optimize care schedules
• Ensure the promotion, advice and sale of services and products
• Ensure the proper daily operation of the spa
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and anticipate needs
• Manage stocks and inventories
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
