The facility’s are clean and extremely enjoyable. We loved all the activities and had lots of fun.

Night time noise on the campsite, get wristbands with pitch numbers. That way security guards can get the parents up to collect there child as they run around the campsite screaming at 3am.

Great facilities, friendly staff. Booking and payment is easy and efficient.

All the access roads should be tarmac. This would reduce the level of wind blown dust and help to keep my feet cleaner when walking to/from the shower block. Pine needles should be removed from the pitches on a more frequent basis. Increase the use of insecticides to address ant issues.

The location of the site, close to the beach and walks into L'Escala, the locality to restaurants and cafes, the cleanliness of the campsite, including the showers and toilets. the friendliness of the staff

Well maintained, friendly multi lingual staff, near to Cala Montgo and restaurants

Shower blocks need a small refurbishment ie shower doors. No Motorhome service point on the south side.

We did not use pools which were both very nice modern clean ?no sun loungers Insects biting in grass Ban in your own chairs not helpful But pools looked lovely

Clean facilities, showers, toilets, pool area. Fresh bread etc in the shop.

Our pitch had a lot of sand on, this made it very difficult to manoeuvre our caravan into place.
Also not being able to reserve pitches next to our family members who were staying at the same time as us. We noticed other families were next to each other and we were told we weren't able to reserve set pitches.

It would be good to be able to book two adjacent pitches. We travelled with our sons family who were in their own camper, unfortunately we were on pitches that were on close but different rows.
You need to strictly implement the no noise rules between 12 and 7am. In particular you should implement early morning patrols to stop people from packing up before 7 am. 50% of our mornings were disturbed at around 6am by early departures.

Thé lovely lady in the bar. The child facilities in toilet block. The well maintained site. Position.

No hairdryer in toilet block. The climbing frame by the bar is great but is in need of repair.

We were early in the season and were only given a choice of plots on the lower area of the site when in fact we would have preferred the higher area.

The only area of concern was the short time frame of 1 hour to order a main meal from tgecrestaurant
