Campsite outdoor swimming pool
Our outdoor pool is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. Its clear waters are perfect for swimming, taking a refreshing dip or floating in the sun. Sun worshippers will adore the sun deck around the pool, settled comfortably in a deck chair with a good book or a cocktail.
The pool is a magical playground for little ones, under the attentive eye of their parents. Fun, laughter and happy splashing guaranteed!
Our top tip: Start the day with a gentle swim. The still water and calm atmosphere of the pool is a vivifying way to start your day.
Relaxation and adventure at Cala Montgó beach
The must-dos at Cala Montgó
Just a10-minute walk from the campsite, Cala Montgó beach is one of the Costa Brava’s gems. This sheltered cove is ideal for families; its golden sand and calm waters offer safe swimming for all ages. It’s also a great spot for water sports fans.
- Snorkelling: Explore the underwater world brimming with life. Colourful fish, sea urchins and starfish await your visit! The rocky areas surrounding the bay are ideally suited to snorkelling.
- Kayaking: Rent a kayak on the beach and explore the sea caves and hidden coves. Cova del Dolfí: This sea cave and its sparkling waters are a must.
- Paddleboarding: Test your balance as you paddle gently across the bay’s calm water. A fun activity for all the family.
- Pedal boat: A relaxing and fun way to take to the sea, ideal for families with young children.
Did you know? Cala Montgó is the place to admire spectacular sunsets. Settle onto the sand or head to the top of the cliff and experience a memorable moment at the end of the day.
Water sports on the Costa Brava
- Scuba diving: There are several diving centres in the area, e.g., in Estartit, which offer guided excursions for beginners and experts. The reefs of the Medes Islands are a must.
- Wind-surfing & Kite-surfing: The beaches at Sant Pere Pescador, 20km from the campsite, boast the perfect conditions for lovers of these sports.
- Sea kayaking: Several coastline routes allow you to explore wild areas, such as the coast between Cala Montgó and Cala Ferriol
Good to know: The water sports centres near the campsite offer lessons for beginners in snorkelling, scuba diving and paddleboarding. The perfect opportunity to discover a new hobby at any age!
